Insured for 20 plus years, never filed a claim; decided to file a claim for major repair after a major storm. Due to high deductible, I had to save up to cover the cost ( you are allowed 2 years from the date of the claim) this Agency called an adjuster to my home and made a report that I neglected my home. Even though, they were aware that I was saving for the extra money needed to repair the home. I thought that was in poor taste, I used them for over 20 years and they could not wait until I saved enough money to cover the repairs. The 2 year time period was not up, I had 6 months left. I went to the office and was looked in the eye and was assured that that was just procedure and not to worry. Guess what, I received a cancellation in the mail the next week! Called and got more lies and tall tales. Use them if you never intend to file a claim! I was warned not to file a claim with StateFarm; because once you do; they will cancel you. ITS TRUE. THEY NEVER TRIED TO HELP ME; SUGGESTED I CALL HIS BUDDY FOR A LOAN AT THE BANK. STAY FAR AWAY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU IF YOU NEED THEM.

I've been with Sate Farm for almost two years. I eventually switched to this office because my mother and grandmother told me how wonderful a particular employee was. I have to say that I'm highly disappointed with this is insurnace company and this specific office. I've called to receive new insurance cards because I threw mine away while moving. The office told me they would... two weeks later they never did. I called again and finally had them sent after having to hear an excuse why after I called and a customer service representative called too. Now my insurance has jumped from $197 to $284. I finally had it lowered before this jump because we barely use our vehicles. Two are full coverage and one is liability plus we have no tickets or accidents. I called "Stanley" to have him look at it and explain to me why. He never returned my call & I had to call him again. He didn't apologize but told me he would have someone else look at it. Which why couldn't he??? I specifically called for him to look at it. A woman called and said they could lower it if I turn the tags in on the truck or change the liability....I'm so disgusted. They have raised my mother's insurance to a astronomical amount and mine is ridiculous now too. I'll be looking for another insurance company & I regret switching to State Farm. I don't recommend State Farm or this office at all especially Stanley!!!!

We have used Frehse Insurance for all of our insurance needs for more than a decade. There awesome on the phone and very service oriented. Highly recommend.
