I worked with Theo at Kevin Shealy's Allstate. He is a class act who went out beyond the call of duty to satisfy a complicated flood gap insurance policy.  Theo was very knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to get it done.  I was rather blown away with the level of customer service I received from Theo.  Again thanks for continuing to provide great customer service in a day and age where generally customer service is no longer a priority. Great job!

A lawn mower handle went through my rear window in my SUV.  The repair man placed it in with motor forward, and handles toward the rear.  As I pulled from my parking space, still in the parking lot of the repair service, the mower gently rolled backward, and the handles broke through the rear glass.  

I immediately called a window replacement provider who coordinated with Allstate. It was fixed within 48 hours and I never had to place another call. Allstate took care of all the details.  

Their professional, timely, and supportive service has been consistent through all my interactions with them over the past 7 years!  Outstanding service!

I want everyone to know that my Kevin Shealy Agency is a gem! In this day & age when customer service is almost non-existent, Kevin sets the standard for what consumers expect. It is indeed a pleasure to work with him, especially knowing that he will respond immediately to my concerns. Thank you Kevin & Brian!

Horrible service from start to finish. Policy was set up incorrectly, rude CSR's, poor handling of claims, and payment was deducted after switching to a different policy, even though CSR assured it wouldn't.
