Worse possible experience you could ever have for service. Was out of town pulling my camper when i broke down. Was lied to about what was wrong with vehicle. Also lied to about when vehicle would be done. After i returned home i had local dealership inspect truck. Come to find out they didn't install all parts removed. They Will not return phone calls. I just want my truck back the way it was before they worked on it. POOR SERVICE! 2016 CHEVROLET SILVERDO CREW CAB DIESEL DUALLY. After a couple of months i started having some electrical issues. Hood ajar warning would come on,blower motor would surge,headlamps would dim with power window operation etc..etc.. Come to found out they left a ground wire off during repairs. THANKS STATELINE!!!

Will NOT do business with this dealership again, nor will I suggest them to anyone. Terrible service on the finance end of things and other staff (owner and title clerk) are rude and unpleasant to work with. I purchased a vehicle from them a month ago. SPECIFICALLY asked several times that it be financed through my credit union in PA. My requests had been ignored and I was told "Oh we can get you a much better interest rate than your credit union ". Unfortunately it was a Saturday and I was unable to call them directly. Come Monday, I spoke with my credit union in regards to the vehicle I had purchased. Called the finance manager and stated that I wanted my purchase to be financed through my own bank, he said that it wouldn't be a problem... It is now 36 days later and I am STILL TRYING to get this mess taken care of. The finance guy lied to me about sending the paperwork through, intentionally holding things up so that the dealership could get the $$ kickback that they receive from the banks that they do business with! The title clerk has been rude and very unhelpful in trying to get things straightened out for the registration and the owner himself did not seem to care about the way this dealing had been handled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on all parts. Believe me, if I could take this vehicle back, drop off the keys and take my business elsewhere, I would!! So much for honest, decent customer service...

Not impressed by this dealership at all , been buying fords the last 20 years, first Chevrolet I’ve ever bought.. spent 32,000 on truck couldn’t get an owner manual or floor mats .i could even see if this was a small independent lot , but no it’s a CHEVROLET dealership.the last ford I bought they threw in a tonneau and bedliner, the one prior got step bars and Bedliner.just to make the sale .ford cared , did t say sorry this truck does it come with mats or owner manual . If I did not like the truck I would have just waked away and bought a ford . Great business stateline , I’ll go out of my way not to come back

Okay, so earlier in the day my wife took my son to look at a car. He liked it and wanted me to come co-sign for it after I got off work. We got there about 5:00PM. We started the finance process at about 5:30. At 5:50, the salesperson asked if we would come back tomorrow to finish because they are closing in 10 minutes. Mind you, we live 20 miles away. Now I've been in sales for more than 15 years and never would have ever thought of asking a customer to come back tomorrow. Since my son really wanted that car, I agreed to go back with him the next day. The finance manager told us that we would need to put an extra $2000 down because of a fee imposed by Capital One. Of course I balked at that. I asked to use a different lender. The fee automatically disappeared. Kind of hokey. So we finally got all the paperwork done and I was on the phone with the insurance company, at about 5:55 and all of a sudden the lights go out. The finance manager is staring(glaring) at me as if I were an inconvenience to him. No one enjoys the car buying process but this was by far the worst service I have ever received. I will not go back and urge you all to not buy from this dealership. Unfriendly and unprofessional.
