My wife and I ordered a new Buick Regal just yesterday, and Steve Glova could not have been any nicer and professional.  Very impressed, he had the car ready for a test drive, nice and warm on a 10 degree day.  Ed, the sales manager was very helpful.  Steve also arranged to have our present Buick in and out of service for an oil change, as well as a low tire issue that turned out to be a nail in the tire.  They had our service done in the time it took us to test drive and order the new one.  Could not have been happier.  Thanks

Took my Chevy Cruz here they charged me 50 dollars for an improper diagnosis. Told me I needed 480 of service not under warranty/ engine clean new valves etc. that was NOT the issue with my car. I had a cracked crank seal cover all issues and diagnosis were fixed by Cole Valley in Newton Falls UNDER warranty. My car is fixed PER my warranty no thanks to this company who just wanted to charge me for things not wrong with my car. 
I tried to stop the diagnosis charge with my bank but Charles Auto Family fought it even though they misdiagnosed me car. 53 was charged for an improper diagnosis poor business practice! If an issue is wrong with a car that is under warranty fix it don't nickel and dime a person first thank you Cole Valley for being a reputable HONEST Chevy service dealer and diagnosing and fixing my car properly.r.

Tremendous winning transaction. Thoughtful, thorough, and timely. Excellent effort by Bruce, Jimmy and the gang to take in my three cars on trade in and locate 2 new Chevy's, set the financing, and deliver the cars in short order with a detailed overview of all the cars can do with modern electronic technology. Follow up was prompt insisting that we were satisfied.
Great job, nicely done.
