I just want to say I absolutely love this store. We had been searching for awhile prior to coming to Macy's for a sofa and love seat. We literally went to all the normal furniture shops and couldn't find a quality set like we did at Macy's. The sales team was always very welcoming, gave us space to look around and assisted us when we had questions. We did end up purchasing a leather sofa and love seat from George. I truly appreciated his knowledge and expertise.

If you're looking to buy furniture, Mark Quartucci is the salesperson that you want to deal with. He's extremely helpful and personable and it's obvious that he loves his job and serving the public. We were very pleased with the couch recliner that we purchased but even more pleased with the sales experience that we had with Mark. He made it feel much more like a gathering with friends than a business transaction. We will take every opportunity to tell all of our friends about Mark at Macy's furniture in Schaumburg!

Great selection and decent prices. Watch out for those warranties though. They are worthless and i was never able to use them for anything. I'm very disappointed with those only, otherwise, the place is good.

Hard to find anyone that work there. My wife and I went to loom for some furniture in the clearance areas, and let me tell you, they have a lot of stuff, the prices are ridiculous for something that is damaged in o e way or they other. I know it's Macy's but over $2000 for a scratched up couch, sofa or recliner is just crazy

Staff was limited but very helpful. Wide selection in clearance item, destined to find something that fits your need. Walk in greeting by sales person was to Macy's level I have experienced the past, loved it.
