Great experience! Awesome and friendly staff. I bought a new bike here and had an old bike tuned up. No high pressure sales tactics at this shop unlike so many other bike shops. They ordered the bike I wanted in the size I wanted and made sure I was happy and that the bike fit me properly!! They checked out my old bike and only suggested tuning the components that needed tuning. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. So glad to have a full service shop close to me. Thanks for the great service and looking forward to visiting again!!

Came in on a whim after walking past the shop one afternoon, and we ended up leaving with a new bike! The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and we got a great deal on a new commuter bike- double bonus! They carry mostly Trek bikes and many Bontrager products, but they also have a unique selection of other bikes and accessories as well! I was very impressed with their inventory. They also offered to order anything that they didn't have in stock. I am so glad that we stopped into Wheel & Sprocket today! We will be back for all of our future cycling needs!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a great rechargeable rear bike light. Can't wait to try it out. Great to have a friendly bike shop in Downtown OaK Park.

They completely wrecked my bike and screwed me out of $230.00 for an unnecessary repair. WOULD NOT RECEMMOND.
