Been here twice so far and to be honest I'm gonna have to go somewhere else for an oil chance. Extremely slow service and everyone seems to move as if they don't have a purpose. Price is good but not with the 2+ hour for an oil change.

I also asked for a headlight restoration both times, just to save time for myself, and they kept telling me they were out of the product to perform the task. I literally walked to the auto part of Walmart, bought the kit, and did it myself. Not a fault on their end but at least stock some stuff to perform what you have listed on the board.

I call ahead to make sure they can switch out a flat with irreparable sidewall damage and they tell me to have it brought over and they can do it today. I get it towed there for $50 and then they tell me they can sell me the tire but it would be until tomorrow before they could put it on. This is 3 hours before closing. They might as well have spit in my face. I was so pissed that I drove on the flat to NTB across the parking lot. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A WALMART TIRE/LUBE AGAIN.

Service is a little slow, 6th car in line amd its been over an hour for rotate and oil.  It is sunday and there are 2 lanes open

If I could give them a negative 1, I would. I arrived around 9:30am. The lady checked me in as I was telling her as she stood by the register,  I would like an oil change.  2008 dodge charger,  10w30 Castro oil please. If she carried her lazy butt outside, she would have known my car takes 10w30 but instead put 5w30 on the document. The older guy came to say, he didn't know why sje put 5w30 when it clearly states 10w30 on the cap. So it took for him to get my car in the bay area to discover that. Then he says "ma'am we are out of castro 10w30, BUT if you want it you would have to go on the shelf to get it because our new policy we can't and it will cost you more?! Like wtf? Really...my thing is this, if you know oil change is your thing, wth you running out of oil for? . These were the most incompetent set of people I have ran into thus far moving here. I will NEVER step foot or roll my car wheels back on this tle premises. These people are the most dumbest, lazy, know nothing jerks, that I don't even want to see in my rear view mirror. I was heading to Charleston and had to ask them to drain all the oil out of my car because I had to get some kind of oil back in there after they drained all out. I agreed to Pennzoil but knew I didn't want it but what other choice I felt as though I had??!. Pay more, or something because they had already drained all the oil out of my car!! I'm telling you, be VERY(and I express this) CAREFUL with messing with these full grown fools. They will leave your car f'ed up...NEVER NEVER NEVER will I allow them near my car!!
