The fishing reports are totally made up. Not a single person was catching anything. Talked to the Park Ranger who said the lake hadn't been stocked since October. On the upside, the view was awesome, and I had a great time with my son, and at the end of the day, that's all that really matters. 😉

Very nice get away from home and very clean they need to fix there dump station in the park have 10 dollars to dump some were eles are tax money pay for parks to camp please please fix the dump station thank you p/s they have a great staff that works therr

The scenery is absolutely breathtaking with a lake and even a small hiking trail. We especially enjoy the campsite shelters and the price is certainly right.

Really clean, well taken care of and maintained public park and lake. We really enjoyed our stay and the availability of public restroom showers was a most convenient and welcomed luxury.

We spent the night in the middle of the week in August and had a fine experience. The gate and the showers are locked at sunset, which was a surprise (the showers being locked was unexpected). It was a little louder than the Coyote Creek or Cimmarron Valley state parks, but the view on the lake was gorgeous. This is quite a popular park.
