Story

The beauty of the mountains surrounds the Santa Fe KOA. Settle in for a while because there's plenty to see and do, from the many museums and outstanding five-star (and five-pepper!) restaurants to national monuments and Indian casinos. Spend a day on the Santa Fe Plaza strolling the galleries and shops for unique art and gifts. Allow yourself several days to explore the local Indian cultures and visit old mining towns and famous Taos. At the campground, you'll appreciate the mountain views, native trees, shaded sites and friendly staff. Visit the gift shop and take home a Southwestern souvenir or a Navajo craft that holds within it the magic of New Mexico.

Last October, we had an enjoyable stay at this well maintained, pleasant park. While there, I found a wallet containing some cash and turned it in to the office. The store employee said that the owners would hold onto it for a few weeks in case anyone inquired. I recently emailed the owners, who remembered the wallet and considered it "finders keepers," so they mailed it to me with all the cash still inside. Just wanted to give a shout out -- what a nice thing to do.

Always clean and they are updating all the sites. Electrical, sewer and water hook up and cable connections all in a single area for convenient hook up. .

Great place to stay outside of Santa Fe. We ended up staying an additional night! Good amenities: shady RV hookups, stocked general store, laundry, clean showers and restrooms, playground for the kids. Very nice and helpful staff. Spots are a little close but we had great experiences talking with other campers. We'll be back!

My family loved this campground. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sites are clean. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. There is a playground, tether ball, a basketball court and ping-pong for the kids. They even have a beautiful patio with a great grill for the guests to use. I would highly recommend this campground for anyone wanting to spend some quality time in Santa Fe, NM.

This place is AWESOME. The bedside manner of office staff was little to be desired though but what's new? They can make or break your camping trip. I pulled out and left behind back up poles and you would think that they would call me. They knew that I had been there 5 days, my number was on file ... disappointing.
