It doesn't look like much from the street, but it's really a pleasure to walk through, with fun things for the kids. There are sometimes concerts, events, and free movies, along with a community garden at the south end. Just a nice place to take a break and chill. You can grab lunch from Whole Foods across the street and have a picnic.

This park is amazing. Interactive, artistic and one of the most unique experiences in a park. Info about history, flaura and fauna, rocks you can climb, a walking meditation spiral, rope nets, toddler park with spinning features. And my dog loved all of the bushes and trees ;)

The people are nice, the scenery is great and it's almost perfect. Admittedly, there are some problems, but not terrible.

Really gorgeous place, so much going on. They have a farmer's market on certain days, art festivals on other days. The park around is really well done, there is some parking I think they should put more. Only bad thing was we went to a baby shower in the community room. It was super tiny, also even though the host paid to have the party there they made all party goers pay for parking. This was ridiculous. But other than that it is a wonder place to visit. Lots of great food places close by, all walking distance. Also walking distance to downtown Santa Fe.

Easily my favorite area of town. The plaza is more for tourists but the railyard is more for locals which gives it a better vibe. The park itself is beautiful, with a great walking/running/bike path, a well-manicured lawn, and beautiful plants throughout. Like most parks, I wouldn't recommend it late at night, as there have been a couple of encounters with drug usage and people who are high on serious drugs that can be belligerent.
