We have worked with this facility and their staff many times and we have always been very pleased with the trainers and workout regimen. The Gym is brand new and very clean. Its got everything from punching bags to pull-up bars. One thing that we noticed is how motivated and eager everyone one is to start the workout. Its got a really great vibe. Love this place.
