I mean, terrible service. Says is opens at 8, but employee says 9. I ordered a turkey and ham, $15 Days later it was $7 Liars and thiefs. I don’t know what’s going on with this location. Avoid at all cost
If you're in a hurry, don't stop at This Subway: They're more like the turtle than the hare. But if you're patient, the service is always with a smile, the food is excellent, the store is clean and quite attractive... It's a lovely environment and a pleasant experience!
I worked here in highschool back in 2016/2017. And boi, LET ME TELL YOU. Mike is a TERRIBLE boss. He "fired me" bc I was requesting too many days off for school and church. My last week there, he scheduled me ONLY on a day I requested off for the week and Sunday morning I literally never worked mornings, let alone a Sunday morning. Also, he'd make us teenagers clock out early and work late so he didn't get in trouble for making us past curfew. Very misogynistic. One of my friends was just not put on the schedule for months, so she ended up getting a new job then one day he put her on the schedule again.
I’ve repeatedly received bad customer service from this Subway store on Hwy 59. We’ve placed multiple orders online, and not a single time the order was ready for pickup even after showing up 30 minutes late! Today the same thing happened.. only the customer service was worse than usual! They made us wait until all the other customers in line were serviced, and then the rude employees proceeded to tell us that they ran out of Italian bread because they didn’t prepare our online order when it was placed an hour ago, and instead catered to the in-store customers first! so we can either wait or leave! Never going back to this Subway again.
Absolutely the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. Everytime we place an online order it is never ready and if there is a line, expect to wait another half an hour. The orders are also always missing ingredients. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Subway on the Causeway Approach.
I don't have very high expectations when I stop to get food from Subway, but today was a considerably unpleasant experience. I got a salad, and they didn't cut the meat. I had to repeat myself 4 times as to what I wanted in the salad because they 'sandwich artist' was too busy messing with a co-workers phone. In the end, I received this sad salad about 2/3 the size of what I usually get. If this kind of service doesn't change, I won't be back.
By far this is the absolute BEST Subway around. Their food is always fresh and the service is amazing. I look forward to seeing them every day at lunch!!! Keep up the great work. I live across town but work close to this particular Subway. Its convenient for lunch every day, but if we decide to get Subway in the weekend we STILL drive across town to go to this location. You can taste the difference and the customer service is unbeatable !
This Subway has friendly staff and they are very fast and get your order correct. The bread and cookies are fresh. I like to get the Italian BMT chopped salad and they give you are large portion. The staff seem to know the items on their menu, which can’t be said for all Subway locations.
