I really enjoyed the food here. I got the BLT with the “Fancy Nancy” chicken salad on it with a cup of soup. Everything was fresh and just tasted really good. Additionally, the cleanliness in the restaurant was immaculate. Everywhere was super clean from the kitchen to the dining area to the restrooms. The price was reasonable and it had a really good friendly atmosphere. It was a nice change from typical fast food, nothing greasy, just good clean tasty food. I will certainly be making this a regular stop and recommend you do the same.  I saw some of the less favorable reviews. I didn’t get just a scoop of the chicken salad so I can’t comment on what that would taste like, but I can tell you that on the sandwich it was fabulous. You owe it to yourself to give it a try, I think you will be glad you did.

This place is absolutely fantastic! Everyone so gosh dang friendly, and the food is nothing to feel guilty about eating. It all seems very fresh and on the healthier side!  I thought it'd be a long wait because of the line but they kept it moving quick!

We really enjoyed the food with the Fancy Nancy sandwich meal being our favorite but lately no one is paying attention to the grapes in the chicken salad.  We are not fond of practically whole grapes.Food: 5/5

My wife and I were here n Mandeville and saw this location. Wanting to try something different we decided to stop. We were pleased with their social distancing practices. I got the Buffalo and loaded baked potato soup. My wife got the one with pecans in it and the artichoke soup. Food we fresh and brought out fast. I was offered to sample any flavor I wanted but due to COVID-19 I declined. The buffalo was mild if any. The salad was good, just no great. To me the holiest was the cookie that came on the plate. The cookies rock!!

So I’m going to the fast food next door and missed the turn.   Since I had a trailer I was stuck.  I almost did a little sneak next door but decided to try this place.  Amazing.  So clean, and cozy, and the food.  Dang.  I’m a picky guy, this place was so good.  And they even put this neat little cookie on my tray.  It is the little things to show you care and they certainly do.  Eat here.

Had heard abt this chain from someone who knew founder. I am a chicken salad fan Lots of variety of salads ,I had a soup&salad combo. Artichoke & spinach/chicken soup was great. Served hot w/crackers. Fancy Nancy salad combines chicken,nut& fruit. Very good. Cafe  is on Northshore,and I will return. P  Vegetarian options: Salads, veg soup.  Parking: Good close parking&amp;take out window  Wheelchair accessibility: All 1st floor. No steps.tables easy to roll up to. I did not notice handicap parking spaces.  Dietary restrictions: Varied menus

Excellent customer service, the General manager was so friendly. The place is very clean and kid friendly. So many fresh options and gluten free options. Would come back again

Went to the Hwy 22 location in Mandeville for lunch today 09/09/22. Only my second time. Didn't know what I was ordering, thought the trio meant you got 3 scoops of chicken salad. Wrong! My bill was $18. I told the manager I was sorry, I didn't know what I was ordering but wasn't trying to spend $18 on lunch today. She was so awesome! Adjusted my total for what I thought I was buying AND compliments of Chicken Salad Chick gave me the full order any way. Not only delicious but generous as well. Thank you CSC!!!

The best restaurant I never knew I needed. I decided to try this place on a whim, and immediately returned the following day.  True story.  Outstanding food, flawless execution, and just the right format.  Keep up the good work.
