Excellent soul food. Best to call in order before going. The preparation time is a bit long. Nice seating available, but no ambience. Most people seemed to be getting take-out. Discount for Iona College students.

Food was delicious excelkent food. The date I went the music that was playing took me down memory lane. Truly enjoyed it. I recommend this place to eat.

The service and wait time just to receive your food is extremely slow. Not a good sign when it is the start of the business day, and the place is empty at the time. The music is a bit loud on the overhead speaker. The food is decent; I recommend the oxtails, and sweet potaoe. The collard greens are not freshly made, but out the can. Average!

Warm and inviting atmosphere. Home cooking at it's finest! All roads lead to Suggarplums!

Just a copy of their menu. The food was good, but if you judge a place by their rest room, you would NEVER go back again! Very nasty and dirty. Music, even though it was of a church type, was so loud, that I had to lean over the table to talk to my daughter. I would not recomend this place to anyone. Tighten up guys!!!!
