One of the best breakfast restaurants ever. I don't know how they do it but the egg sandwich is amazing and the two egg breakfast is huge. It is not on the menu and is a secret special- the 5 Egg Omelet. Unbelievable and delicious. You will be full for sure. The restaurant is very laid back and the staff is extremely friendly. Also, the weekend buffet is great ! This place is awesome, we eat there all the time
At Sunrise Restaurant, I had the Two Egg & Meat Breakfast. You get two eggs cooked to order and served with your choice of bacon, sausage, ham or corned beef hash, along with grits and your choice of white or wheat toast. If you want a good, reliable, classic breakfast, this is a great spot. Nice staff and good service too. I'd give it 3.5 stars if possible.
When you enter a breakfast Cafe and see tables of senior citizens, you know it will be good and well priced. We found this place on vacation and loved it. Generous portions and well prepared. The staff were very nice and attentive. Would recommend highly. New trip to Savannah...ate here 3 days in a row! My fav breakfast place in Savannah.
Amazingly cool staff that are lively and fun. I heard my dad say that they cooked his eggs just right. The atmosphere in this place is great for breakfast, and the food is inexpensive, good, and hearty. Plus, there is a great amount you get; they aren’t shy when it comes to filling your plates.
The food here is great. The staff here are wonderful and friendly. One critique I have is the maintenance, need to clean the ceiling ac vents and replace ceiling tiles. Just spruce it up a bit. I had the shrimp and grits a few weeks ago and it was ok, I could have done without the bell peppers; it was too much, overwhelming flavor. This morning I had the Tybee Omelet...it was really good. Perhaps try adding a hollandaise sauce to the menu item, I think it would work really well on this omelet. The coffee is really good too.
Awesome breakfast bar on Sunday when we visited. It's a real favorite among the locals and visitors. I say it must be years since we had a breakfast buffet and it was excellent. $11.75 a person Features: No masks required
Was hoping for the buffet, but they did not have it up and running when we visited. Had the Philly steak omelet that came with only onions and mushrooms. The Belgian waffles were great. The half stack of pancakes were cooked to perfection.
Great comfort food. The omelettes are to die for and the Belgium waffle is my favorite! All these posting about not serving black people is ridiculous. The cashier and servers know the customers by name including the “black people”. I am a local that comes to this establishment at least once a week. And just FYI to all these black people posting about it being a racist establishment, I am black.
My sister & I were on the way to work & stopped by to get breakfast on the way. Not only we weren’t severed, I politely tried to get the host, serve & kitchen attention on being seated. I was completely ignored we sat ourselves , we noticed the building lack in black people but we ignored that fact, nevertheless going to an hour of not being served or greeted we left! Absolutely disappointed
It's a great local breakfast spot. I really enjoyed it.Food: 5/5
