Out of Dr Pepsi and another soda, out of paper towels in bathroom and no knives to cut for the salads so makes it hard to eat whole slices of tomatoes, bacon and larger than bite size meat. Staff on the other hand was pleasant

Horrible customer service. How can you tell someone they can’t get their sandwich made a certain way if their paying for it and that’s part of your job then want to try to argue?! #8 comes with bacon I was charged and still didn’t get bacon! Smh sad case of employees at this location

GF  If you are looking for super fresh, amazingly tasty, reasonably priced then you can't do much better than Jersey Mike's.  In addition to sub sandwiches you can get "in a tub" versions of their wraps and subs. They also have Gluten free bread and cookies!  I can't recommended this place enough.

2/14/2022 approximately 1pm obviously this manager has people who are extremely inconsistent making the food my sandwich has the least amount of meat I've ever had from a jersey mikes literally a slap in the face to pay $16 dollars for something like this. Poor quality control for the whitemarsh island store. Avoid if possible.

My takeout today was from Jersey Mike's.  I got the Club Sub, but my way, not "Mike's way". My only complaint was, that the sub had almost, one piece of bacon on it. Other than that, the bread was fresh and the meats were tasty, not bland. I'd give it 3 and a half stars if I could.

Today I went to get a sub and it seem the white girl that was working put too much sauce on my sub. It is so soggy I can’t even enjoy it. I paid $17 for a sub that’s not even good.

First time at a Jersey Mike's. I don't understand the hype. $9 for a super small BLT and then you charge extra for cheese?  I'll stick with Jimmy John's.

An employee Keith? slept in the bathroom the entire time I was there, making it difficult to wash my hands.

The sandwich was great and the staff was super nice.Food: 5/5

Staff is super friendly and they were busy as hell and still got my food ready quickly and correct.
