This is not just an RV park.  This is a home.  I have been a full-time RVer for 5  years now and there is no place that comes close to this one.  It literally has everything a person could possibly want:  The kindest owners and office staff, a fully-equipped outside kitchen, huge gas grill for all to use, trails everywhere, sweet, friendly helpful neighbors,  mail delivery, chickens, vegetable gardens, over a hundred fruit trees, birds galore, laundry room, showers, weight room, tons of space between rigs, trees and natural vegetation left in place and peace and quiet.  This is what could be described as heaven on earth!!!!  You will be hard-pressed to find anything better.  I've stayed in some VERY nice parks but Coldwater Creek is the best of the best!!!!!

Great RV Park.  Perfect for long term stays.  Secluded spots for privacy and shade are large enough to accommodate the largest travel trailers and a couple of cars.   There is an opportunity to volunteer to tend the chicken coup on site, and there are fruit trees and orchards available.  Great family park.  Great WiFi.  Owners are very responsive to requests and accommodating your needs.   Unquestionably the best RV park we have ever stayed in.

I have been staying at Colwater Creek for about 7 months, and have really enjoyed it!  The front office staff is very friendly and prompt with requests.  Rent is very affordable.  Never have had any issues with the neighbors.  The only improvement that could be made would be with the Internet, pretty slow sometimes/doesn't work occasionally.

All in all great place to stay!

Awesome place! The owners are really great. they make you feel so welcome and at home, are very laid back and friendly, along with everyone that stays here. I love this location. Nestled deep in the hills with lots of trees. Nice and quiet. I love that they have a little playground with clubhouse close to our spot that is great if you have kids staying. There's a great covered outdoor FULL kitchen and recreation area with an ice maker, oven, stove, grill, smoker, fridge, hammock, pool table, darts, kid toys, a fire pit, walking trail, you name it. Multiple laundry rooms with everything you would need like ironing board and clothes racks. There are gym facilities, really hot showers, fully stocked bathrooms. You can tell that they really took the time and thought of everything here. There's a spot for archery, a garden, fruit trees. And there are storage spaces for rent on site that is really super convenient. And the prices for the lots just can't be beat. It is well worth the very reasonable fee. The property is huge too. Really I just can't say enough good things. Can't complain about anything, we just love it here.
