We have stayed in two different properties managed by Telluride Alpine Lodging over a five year period and had wonderful experiences at both.  The accommodations are  beautifully furnished with great amenities. In addition to the beautiful scenery and central location, the staff members and their individualized customer service are what really earn Telluride Alpine Lodging an outstanding rating. The company never gave us the correct keys to get in our room. We were locked out when we arrived and then called them and was told someone would bring us out the correct keys but never did. Also seemed rude

We stayed at the manetue lodge part. It was clean and had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms for a reasonable price. The only thing that lost it a star was the terrible condition the hot tub was in. Looked worse than the surrounding pond.  But other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We booked a "condo" last minute on New Years's Eve. While we appreciate them accommodating our stay for the night, the rental was not at all as advertised. First, there was no kitchen; it was a room with a bathroom and mini fridge. Next, we specifically asked if there was a jacuzzi, and they told us there was one, but alas that was not true. Also, we spent about an hour just trying to locate the entrance to the unit. The site was under construction, and the front desk has no idea how to direct us to the unit (there were no signs or building numbers to aid us). Finally, after eventually locating the unmarked, unlit entryway to the back of the building, we walked through a construction area littered with debris from demolition. The unit was clean with a satisfactory bed and functioning bathroom but had nothing else--particularly no jacuzzi. I have written an email to the Alpine Lodging and received no response, so I felt compelled to write a review.

They provided us with very good customer service. We had 2 small issues with our room and they sent someone right over to take of us. Thank you so much.
