If I could give this place no stars, I DEFINITELY WOULD. This place, Galleria Furniture in the city of Riverside/Moreno Valley ON Day St, is the absolute worst place I have ever purchased furniture from and I definitely would NOT recommend to anyone. I honestly do not understand how a place like this is still in business. We walked in back in the begging of June 2017, the sales person Gus, was extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable with the products in the store. We did not find what we were looking for on their sales floor, but he mentioned that they had several more styles to choose from in their catalog. So, we found what we wanted and placed our order. We paid for our order that same day (as it is required) and Gus said the order would arrive within 1 week, and 2 weeks would be the absolute latest (worst case scenario). The two weeks came and we did not receive a courtesy call or any type of follow up regarding the status of our order. We called and they kept giving us the run around. The girl on the phone said she could not provide any information because she was not our sales person we asked for the manager and she always used the same phrase" he's on a conference call". We waited a few days for a call back....and nothing. We called back and finally spoke to Gus. He apologized and said our order would take another two weeks to arrive. Of course we were upset but we decided to just go with it and wait for our order since we had already paid. Same thing happened again. The two weeks came and NOTHING! no call no order status update, nothing! We called again same thing, Gus was not in and could not provide any information on our order. SO UPSETTING! We called again a few days later and he said it would be another week. The week came nothing! At this point we went to the store to speak to the General Manager John Briggs, he stated he supposedly was not aware of our situation and would look into it. He the came back to talk to us and said he had just personally signed off on our order and that our order was going to be delivered to our home that same weekend. The weekend came, and we only received part of our order. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! We immediately called them and they said "Oh it didn't come in it'll be another week." Its been 3 weeks and we have not received our complete order. I decided to take my time to write this to let out my frustration and also hoping and praying people read this and avoid a huge headache and stress and just take their money elsewhere. I have never had to write any type of review for any business, but these people deserve every bit of negative feedback they can get. They are plain and simply put, a bunch of liars who in order to make a sale, will lie to your face just to get your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a lot of deals but u need to come here with the item that u want to buy in mind.
