Wow terrible. I paid extra for seats to be cleaned and there not. Still dirt and on dash. Terrible. I could have done a better job myself at home. I don’t recommend. So upset I was ripped off.

I have been going to this car wash for the past 10 years.  My husband and I have been very loyal until this weekend.  I will happily take my car a few blocks over to 99th ave and McDowell.  
This past Saturday I was out running errands with my daughter when I stopped to get a quick 7 dollar express wash.  The young man who directs the cars into the wash hands me the little towel and air freshener.  I turn to put it down and then roll up my window as I was doing this my daughter and I were sprayed in the face with the young man's hose. I understand they typically rinse the car down but this was absolutely ridiculous.  I went inside to go speak to a manager and was met with "they aren't in now."  I will never give this place my business ever again due to awful customer service.

This was my third and final visit. Each time I've had to haggle to get a decent wash that isn't incredibly expensive. They do a very rushed job. And rarely get it right the first time around. This last visit I was plainly ripped off. I declined the seat shampooing. Then I declined the wax. The salesmen said he'd do them both for the same price so I finally agreed. When they were finished, they didn't shampoo and said I needed to pay more for that. I told him both should have been covered for the price he gave me. His response was, "sorry" and turned around to move onto the next customer. Never again with this place. There are too many good places to go to stop at this super star car wash.

We got the deal to clean the inside, They did it so fast that I still saw crumbs. It's still a good car wash and highly recommend it.

The cleaning was rusbed. Not happy with quality, one of my windows was rolled down and seat got wet. I did not get a "sorry" it wasn't even acknowledged! waste of $23 , will stay with  $3 wash.
