I took my own car in a few weeks ago. I didn’t notice at the time that they had left the white marker on the window when I left. It’s still on the window. I should have never gone back.
Today I took my dad’s car in for a wash and oil change. When I told the man working there I needed the oil changed he told me he’d give me a good deal on a detailing. He pointed to the detail job at the top of the list which was $130. I explained that I was not interested in paying that much. We bartered for a few minutes and eventually he told me he would give me the detailing he had pointed to and the oil change for an agreed price. I asked the girl in the store to call me when the car was done. Five hours later I call to see if the car is done, it has been but she never called. I show up, pay and go to see the car. They haven’t even vacuumed it completely. There’s hair on the seats, dirt on the floor. The seats have clearly not been shampooed. I told the guy that the car wasn’t detailed correctly. He points to a detail package two below the one we had agreed on and tries to argue that it’s the package he sold me on. I will never go back here. They are deceiving sales people. If I had wanted a good car wash, which is still not what I got, I would have never bartered with the guy. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I recently moved to this side of town. This place is conveniently located, I bring my vehicles here for the wash, we’ve also had the oil changed. The service is good and fairly priced. I recently had a good deal and got my vehicle detailed, it looks great! The stains on the seats came off, the sand from last summer is finally all gone! my vehicle needed some TLC. I would recommend paying for the detail, it’s worth it.

FYI, In November I purchased what I was told was A one month unlimited special. For a flat fee they put a sticker on your windshield & you just drive thru.
 I was never advised that when the month was up they would continue to with draw funds from my account. (I paid for a VIP car wash in Dec. so when I check my bank statement & saw fee in Dec I didn't think much of it.) Now it's Feb. $$$ is still being taken. I called & spoke with the manager & he was very smug. He was not very nice at all it seemed that he was happy about it. He said he couldn't help me! I have contacted my bank to stop payments.

No one was present to direct me into the wash. The wash itself cleaned only a third of my vehicle. One whole side of my car was missed completely, and the rest of my car has large unwashed patches. I had to go home and wash it by hand defeating the purpose of going there in the first place. And I paid $10!  Terrible wash, do not recommend.

A Couple of Hispanic Females Dried my Car and one of em Broke a Light off my Truck. I told her she should be more Careful and she Frowned and walked away. Later I noticed that my Truck had been Keyed and Complained to the Manager and asked him what action he planned to take & he said he was not going to do anything and that he wanted me off HIS Property or he would call the Police. I refused to give me his Name. I did not leave and when the Police showed up I told hem what happened. He got the Name and Phone Number of the District Manager and I texted him with my Complaint. He Ignored me and has not Responded. I will not o there any longer and want the Whole Wide World too know that these people don't have any Regard or Respect for People or their Property. I have Notified the Better Business Bureau with my Complaint along with Yelp and a couple of other Places. They lost my Business and I do not Recommend that you go there either
