I usually don't review until after my second trip to a business. Both experiences were great. Danielle is a champ. Request her. Just about every time I get my haircut, I have to make some of my own adjustments in the mirror due to an uneven, lazy cut or a shoddy blend. Both cuts have been perfect. No extra effort on my part after getting home. I'll be a regular here. Side note: almost every time I walk in to get a cut, a mom with her 4 kids are getting cuts in front of me, scheduling ahead is always better than walking in, especially when this location is as good as they are

I had my hair cut 2 weeks ago.  I have curly hair and for some reason she cut it dry, with the expected result of a very uneven haircut.  I had a leg injury shortly after that was incapacitating and couldn't get back to have it looked at.  I called them today and because it has been more than 7 days they won't fix it unless I pay for another haircut.  Why would I go back there to pay for a 2nd haircut?  If I have to pay for another cut I would NEVER go back there.  I will have to pay someone else to fix it and lesson learned.... We will NEVER go back there, EVER.  Nice customer service...

Danielle and her staff are truly amazing, and extremely talented professionals!

Even though they have only been open a short time, I am greeted as if they've known me forever. Working in customer service myself, I know that making a person feel welcome is important to a long lasting business; and to that end, it means that will continue to come back.

Danielle was awesome! Went in for a quick haircut and just told her that I wanted her to make me look good. She went right to work working efficiently all the while making me feel comfortable. The facility is new and clean. Definitely would recommend to ask for her is she is working.

Great staff who has cut my hair twice and my boys ages 8, 6 and 18 months. We have all had great service.
