Second time I come in here. 
Same experience.
Go in there and no one greets me or asks if I need help. They just stare and watch as I walk around. First time, I go to pay and get asked for an ID, thats not a problem of course, but why was the Caucasian couple in front on me not ID'd? 
Second time neither of the workers acknowledge my presence.  
Stereo typing? Is my money not good enough for this store? 
I ended up going to Hugo Boss in Chicago outlets and got the most helpful and pleasant experience!

The tailoring service is not something I would recommend. Local drycleaners gonna be better tailoring than this.

Just called for customer service and the manager was not helpful at all. My husband accidentally got his suit ripped open by like half inch and I called to ask if there is anything can be done to fix it. The answer I got was " if that happened to me, I would just get a new one." Seriously?!

My Fiancé and I visted this store frequently and each time was a better experience than the last. Kevin was helping us and he was more than perfect and you could tell he really cared about the customers. He was really professional and I trusted him and his opinions. Mimoza was also very friendly and professional. Thank you Boss!

The guy who answered my call today(Jan 10th) regarding a shirt i ordered before was a complete jerk .
Such an attitude is not proper of a retail associate. Specially of a renown brand, really disappointing. Whoever the manager is, is not doing a good job on tracking the items that have been requested by customers.
