Ricky must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, because this is the friendliest retail store I've been to in Woodfield. The associates always go out of their way to accommodate and rectify any issues from the quality of the clothing to discrepancies in policy that may arise. 

It's very clear when something is final sale and the employees are very lenient when it comes to exchanging things, especially online orders. I've never been to another store where every employee enthusiastically recommended products and tirelessly worked to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

Buy with caution. Store refuses to exchange different sizes for online purchases of sale items due to "different colors" even within the 30 day return period. Of course all of the colors online are different than the ones in store. I have never heard of a store refusing to exchange the same item for a different color. 

The possibly worst part, they claimed in store that one of my purchased items was "final sale" when that was no where to be found on the receipt nor visible online. Then there was a return policy sign on the counter which said items ending in 97 cents are final sale which none of my items ended in that amount.

This is borderline bait-and-switch policy.

On top of all of that, the two employees that were helping me at the register were saying two completely different things and unfortunately the manager was the incompetent one.
