There's a reason Alton has all those trophies on his desk! This was my first time purchasing a new car and Alton made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Both several cars from here. Looking at this beautiful machine, while getting so e recalls taken care of. Courtney in the service department was awesome, more than helpful. Excellent service!

I took my car into Royal Honda because the check tire pressure light was on. I wasn’t sure if there was a problem with my tires or not because the tire pressure had just been checked. The service department showed me how I can re-set the light myself, double checked that it wasn’t a problem with the sensor, and checked my tire pressure - all in 5 minutes - and saved me unnecessary cost and hassle. I really appreciate the help and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Royal Honda to my friends and family.

I have a video that I made of a water leak in a used 2006 Honda Pilot my mother bought in August of 2015 from Royal Honda. It had repetitive water leaks through the roof. At first I thought it was a sunroof or other items attached to the roof that was causing it. Several attempts to get it resolved through Royal Honda went on deaf ears. I am posting this in the hopes that others can avoid having a similar bad experience. I don't like how they dumped this vehicle on me without disclosing the problem with the leaks.

This is one of the sleaziest dealerships that only cares about taking your money. We bought a Honda Pilot here and we went through many troubles with them trying to rip us off. We finally complained to Honda Corporation to get Royal's attention. Their service folks are also sleazy folks who are not looking to help you but to get out of things they should be covering under warranty. These guys are a black mark on the Honda brand name. Cant believe Honda still lets them operate under their brand name. Their management NEVER returns customer phone calls. That tells you everything you need to know about the apathy of this place. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!
