Had a great experience with my service rep. Paul Forsyth. He is very detailed oriented and professional. He explained to me the issues with my vehicle and we worked out a plan together on how to address each one. He kept me updated every step of the way. The pricing and fees are fair and reasonable.

Haven't dealt with a lot of Mercedes dealerships but love this one. The sales manager Mike Liss is the very best. Leonardo is the salesman we've worked with more then once. I enjoy this dealership, they have always treated me well! All departments are top notch! If you're looking for a Mercedes, THIS IS THE PLACE!

One sales manager yelled at me when I was negotiating the price for 2017 GLC 4matic car last Saturday. I just want a better price. Even if you can't accept that price, we still can sit down and talk. But he just yelled at me and my friend in front of another salesman. Moreover, he told me the deal he offered will no more exist, then he tear the paper up and left. How could be such a man being a manager. And there is no official treatment followup. So BAD feeling on a sunny Saturday.

My husband and I walked into the dealership, looking for two cars. We were greeted right away and I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the showroom and the comfortable waiting area. Our sales person was Sara Howanski and I highly recommend her for her knowledge, professionalism and dedication to providing quality service to her clients. We test drove a few cars and my husband chose his. I returned a few days later to order my car, as they didn't have anything in stock with the options I wanted. Sara was wonderful to work with and, as it turned out, we actually had to order the car from Germany and Sara kept in touch with me all during the following weeks with updates, until my car arrived. She even sent me a link to follow the freighter as it came across the ocean, which was pretty cool, similar to the flight tracker app. When my car arrived, Sara spent hours showing me all the features of my car and how to operate the parking assistant, etc. My husband and I are very pleased with the dealership so far and Sara is certainly one of their best assets.
