West German BMW is proud to have served the Philadelphia area for over 50 years. Our family owned and operated dealership is the third oldest BMW center in the United States. We provide BMW vehicles, BMW service and BMW parts to the entire tri state area and all surrounding areas including Bucks County and Montgomery County. West German BMW carries an extensive line of new, used, and certified BMW cars and SUVs.

This was my second BMW purchase in 5 years and my first at West German. I was looking online and I came across a car on WGs website that had probably just arrived on their lot since it did not have any pictures up. I already knew what I wanted and emailed them asking for pictures, my SA responded promptly to the request as well as asked for links to the cars from the competition that I was looking at (I mentioned in my initial email asking for a better price when comparing similarly optioned cars in NJ). My SA got back to me a few hours later with a price I was comfortable with along with the inspection that they had performed on the car that gave me enough confidence to pull the trigger on a $50,000 purchase online without having to go into the dealership. I was not faced with the usual arrogance that some sales associates have and I ended up buying the car that evening and driving it off the lot early Friday morning. I've had the car for a week and it's great. I'll definitely be sending more business their way.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. They say one thing and charge you another thing. Don't inform you of everything. Just feels like they're not organized with their staff. I have had bmws for 10 years and never dealt with such an awful place. NEVER  will I ever go back to his place for service or for anything. I will let my business partners know to never go here either.

What a great buying experience! Mike Prince is the most knowledgeable, courteous and transparent advisor...AND he is a bmw driver and enthusiast. We worked on pricing via email and within 24 hours I had a deal I was confident in. The whole experience was simplified and streamlined. I absolutely love the new car and feel (and know) I got a fantastic price. Ask for Mike Prince if you want someone who loves driving as much as you.

Carl helped me with my purchase and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Excellent service all the way through the sales process. Carl was genuine, down to earth and not pushy at all. Great sales person representing a great brand and dealership! Can't wait to buy again!
