I've been to other Sweet Chick locations & always a pleasant experience. This location is walking distance from my home, naturally I wanted to give them a try.  Customer service at this place needs work! Lots of it. Let's start by being honest about the wait time and not seem so annoyed when asked for an update. Bartender, everyone that sits at the bar is a customer!!!!  Just serving and engaging your friends is RUDE and unprofessional. After waiting for an hour for a 45 minute wait time while being completely ignored by the bartender I got up & left.  Hope Sweet Chick does not follow the trend of poor customer service in certain neighborhoods.

Down on the corner from my daughter's apartment is this awesome place. My son and I ate there the day I was going back home to Michigan and this was the best chicken and waffles I've ever had!! They have different flavor butter to try as well as great drinks. Service is on point and very friendly! I can't wait till we get back to Brooklyn for a visit a great place to get your food on!!!

Food: I had Chicken and Waffles. The chicken was fried properly and wasn’t greasy. The waffles come in a variety of different flavors. They even switch them up between lunch and dinner. They also have different flavors of butter. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying other waffles, as well as the catfish. 

Service: My waitress was attentive and pleasant. She even ran into the kitchen to get an answer for me from the cook. 

Ambiance: Relaxed with a surprising amount of seating. Clean bathroom. 

Price: Not bad, but not cheap. $20.69 for the chicken and waffles with a coke, before tip of course. They had some good looking sandwiches for around $14.00.

Very tasty food. Ordered the cheddar bacon waffles with chicken. The chicken was high quality and the berry butter for the waffles was very enjoyable. Mac and cheese was also very creamy and delicious. Wish it was a bit of a bigger menu and the music was a little too loud but overall a good experience

This is a BBQ chicken and waffles paradise. The menu is southern comfort food. The appetizer crawfish hush puppies are delicious. I had the chicken and waffles and they were great too. The wait was a little long over half and hour. But this was on a Saturday night.
