Terrible.We were in there today to get my daughter's ears pierced. We chose Sweet and Sassy after doing quite a bit of searching and ultimately picked them because of what all was offered. Specifically, I liked that they used two people to pierce the ears so that it only hurt one time. I called 2 days ago and made an appointment for Saturday at 1. We got to the appointment on time and there was a young lady, Madison, who helped us. She was very sweet and reassuring. That being said... the reality of the situation was this: my daughter went through 4 pairs of earrings before finally coming to some they actually had in stock. The two people supposed to pierce her ears? Only 1, which meant it hurt twice and that is contrary to what was advertised. The keepsake picture? None. The glitter star? None. The "gourmet" lollipop? A dum dum. Finally a certificate that didn't even have her name on it. We drove in from Huntsville for this experience for her. We could have just gone to Claires for the same experience.

the people here are very rude, manager and employees. the way they acted made not only me, but my daughter uncomfortable. in the car my daughter said "i dont wanna go here anymore" and i would have to agree. they responded to questions i had about the makeup (my daughter has sensitive skin) as if i was crazy. people here are RUDE!

Made an appointment for two kids pedicure and manicure  they were so busy with walk ins they made my kids go one after the other and not together as planned. Unacceptable for a two and four year old.

Took my sister on her birthday. She loved it! Tiny (hope I spelled that correctly) was awesome! She was patient and very sweet! She took her time with my sister. And made sure everything was to our liking! Her hair looked great. Her nails were polished perfectly, and her makeup was my sisters favorite part. When I get a chance I'll definitely be bring her back again! And ive already recommended this location to a friend! Thank you for making my little sisters birthday a great one!

We had a party at the Woodlands location on October 1st. I do not recommend booking a party here. 

We paid the total amount of $632.00 in advance for the 1 hour, 45 minute Pop Star Premier Party for 8 girls with a 20-minute limo ride post-party. My daughter specifically wanted this party due to karaoke that this party package advertises, as she loves to sing. 

Their hair came out cute... they were given the option of 2 different hairstyles. Out of our total party of 6 girls, only 2 of the girls had decently painted nails, the rest were either painted poorly or it looked like the polish was old and too thick. There was no karaoke performance. They were shown 3 dances and did the limbo. Upon inquiring why they did not do karaoke, one girl told me they no longer did karaoke at that location because numerous parents complained of the microphones being slobered on and that it was unsanitary. The kids were looking forward to the limo ride, which I was told would take us to the Woodlands Mall area around water and nice scenery, instead we got a ride around the parking lot and around the front/back of the buildings. I was hoping the kids wouldn't pay much attention to where we were driving- that they would be excited about being in the limo and pre-occupied with each other, but they did take notice and it was such a let down.

The girls working our party were nice, but everything felt rushed for our party, we did not get what was paid for, and it was extremely disappointing.

I spoke to the owner before we left, who at that time, informed me that their limo driver was scheduled to be off that day and whomever booked the party shouldn't have booked the limo. I stated that had I been informed of this, I wouldn't have scheduled the party for that day.

I also asked if they did karaoke. The owner confirmed they do provide that service. I brought up what I had just been told about them not doing karaoke. The owner stated they do a sing along "karaoke" (no words) while dancing and the party host goes with the flow of the party, so if the girls seem shy, they don't usually do the karaoke, but will ask beforehand. I stated that we were never asked and explained that my daughter loves to sing over dancing. 

To make up for the issues, the owner offered to give my daughter a free makeover and limo ride- to just call in advance, which was appreciated.

Given the party experience we had for the amount we paid, I would've opted to have a sleepover with makeovers at home and rent a limo to take us out for the day.

I plan to follow-up on this post after we go back for the makeover.
