Rude customer service ! There was no price on an item and she asked me to go look for one myself while I was already paying. She did not want to take my return item because it was from another store location. She snatch items from my hand. Had the worst attitude.

Nice selection of items, especially name brands. My only complaint would be that they need a few more cashier's to handle the volume of customer's. Otherwise, great store.

Bought a kitchen ware a TJ Maxx... my wife didn't like the size, so I had it in the car to return it.
Passed by a TJ Maxx, so I stopped to make the return... asked a clerk first if the return line was the same as the buying line, and she said yes, after checking my item, and seeing that I had a TJ Maxx receipt.
After a long long long line, finally I got to the cashier. 
The lady looked at the receipt, fine, then she looked at the item, and something in the label made her refuse the return in that store.
I said, but, this is TJ Maxx, right?, she said yes.  I have a TJ Maxx receipt, right?... she said yes...  So, why I cannot return this item here.  She said, that the TJ Maxx were I bought, it is a different TJ Maxx, and I can only return it there.
I learned my lesson... NEVER AGAIN BUYING at TJ MAXX

Beyond horrible service. Purchased a purse returned the next day. At return was accused of returning an item not brand matching a second computer code. With tags attached and receipt, l was accused of lieing. After a heated argument with assitant manager Fidel (Culver City), he tossed the purse at me. He requested my name and number only after l told him to  view the video of me purchasing it. Several days went by no contact. I went back and showed  a different manager an add with the exact purse and cheaper too! The brand was correct and received a shallow apology and credit.  BUYER BEWARE if you purchase a purse.
