Sales associate Darin took over 10 minutes just to return one simple pair of pants. Somehow he didn't recognize the brand. Walked away without telling me where he was going. Bad customer service.

I like to shop at tjmaxx,but most of the stuff that you want they don't have it anymore, and no caps  on the hair spray or mousse.and another thing I really like their prices,but when it was time for me to pay with my  tjx,credit card, it's declined,,I don't know why? But I know I pay my bills ..im not quite happy with that..
