I was in there on 12/27/2017 trying to upgrade my phone. When getting to the end of the tranasction, there was a price discrepancy between what the T-Mobile team member said it would be/the posted price next to the phone in store and what the register said it was. After doing something in the computer she said it was something to do with my credit, it didn't make sense to me and I asked her to explain it, instead of explaining it (probably because she couldn't) she went to the back room to confirm with the Retail Store Manager that in fact my credit was the issue. When she came back to tell me that the store manager confirmed that my credit was the issue, I had already figured out that the device promotion had ended and the device was now at full value and no longer the posted sale price, catching them in their lie just to get me out of there. The team member did something in her computer and confirmed that I was right, so she went and got the Retail Store Manager. The manager seemed annoyed to have to come out of her back room to deal with me. She said T-Mobile had changed the prices without telling her and that she could not honor the price posted in store and that the best she could do was a $50 credit on my next bill. She said the only people that may be able to do anything is Customer Care. When I asked if we could call them in store so she can verify everything that had happened, she grabbed her in-store phone and slapped it in my hand as if I should have the Customer Care number memorized. I will not be going back to this location due to the Retail Store Manager's extremely poor customer service skills, but the Customer Care representative I called when I left the store 100% solved my issues.

I recently went in and switched. The guy helping was nice, but made me feel like I was inconveniencing him because he was taking a long time because he didn't know what he was doing. He also made an inappropriate comment about his girlfriend. The phone service is the absolute worst that I have ever had.

Not helpful If you're an employee at a T-Mobile location, you should know all about unlocked cell phones. Yeah I get it, you want to sell your phones to get commission, but if I take an unlocked cell phone that I KNOW will get the T-Mobile bands, you should be able to sell me a SIM card to get it to work. Don't just say...."oh it's not going to work". Please educate your employees properly. Don't just train them to sell.

They saved me $260.00 from what I was paying Verizon. Explained why I needed to switch a few things with my plan to make it better. They really know how to save people some money😁
