Employees lack any amount of problem solving. “I don't know” is basically what the vocabulary of everyone is. No one is ever at the outdoor section and I usually wait for 10 minutes at a minimum for someone to show up after asking. The longest I waited was 45 minutes for someone to get there. They would come by and say they should be any moment. And finally they showed up and just asked so what did you want. That's it. No sorry or anything.

Customer service is supposed to stay open until 10 p.m. i was informed of this last month when I made a money order. Today, I walked in about 10 minutes before 10 p.m., and I was informed they closed early. Why would customer service start closing down and stop serving customers 15 minutes before they're supposed to close, and they're already in the process of leaving before 10 p.m.? If you're going to close early, say you close at 9:45 p.m. so then that way I won't waste my time.

While it is in a semi-okay spot, the ONLY staff that were remotely friendly were the door greeters! One of them remembered me from our visits with my son as he was growing...he babbled and cooed at her, chattered and hugged her. Finding products when they weren't entirely in the right spot was a hassle with a baby who insisted on screaming when he couldn't play with things mommy didn't want him having. When asked where things were, apparently I was disturbing their talking time and was told so by one of their younger staff. Don't get me started on the meat department! Unsanitary, bouncing ball type of meat scale and their meats and cheeses were old or about to be molded. Three other customers and myself had been waiting and chatting and I was in front with my son on the riding cart. The jerk behind the counter ignored me and asked the couple in the back what they needed and they politely pointed out I had been here long before any of them...his response? Okay. I still need to know what you need, she's not going anywhere anyways. Normally if someone is in a bad mood I let it slide but the customer service in this location is LAUGHABLE. Even calling the GM does no good and corporate didn't do sh$&.

While I usually visit this location frequently, I hate going at night. The majority of the workers look like they hate it, and now I know why. Every time, EVERY TIME I go in past 10, there is only ONE cashier. Tonight, I was upset at the lack of care for customers, as the line is usually 5 to 15 deep, but now how do you think that cashier feels? Tonight, I saw her working her ass off, and I truly felt sorry for her and the girl that took her place. I asked the manager if there was something that could be done, but he said it's corporate's way of doing things. Walmart, you are a BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS, and if you can't afford to have another cashier at peak evening times, then that just shows how much you value your workers, as well as your customers.

On 3/17/18 I had one of the best experiences I've had in a Wal-Mart store! I must say that the Store Manager Daniel was extremely wonderful. As a customer shopping being stopped by the store manger just to ask how my day was and if I was finding everything ok, just blew me away! I had to laugh a little as he greeted the customers he was dressed in his green attire for the day!! To have a manger stop and take the time to reach out to his customers and employee's just warms my heart! There needs to be more like him out there and just maybe the rude customer service you get at most stores would improve!! Thank you Daniel for going that extra mile!!
