The La-Z-Boy Novi location is superb!!! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced! The furniture is amazing! My husband and I spent month after month shopping at other home furnishing stores. After walking into the La-Z-Boy Novi location, we canceled everything from the other home furnishing stores and purchased all of our pieces from La-Z-Boy. We even went back for more! I love this store! Seriously, the best shopping experience ever! I would totally recommend!

I love that the sales reps aren't commission. No pressure. They spent a ton of time with us and allowed us to price shop. When Art Van would only beat their price by $200, we went back and paid more money because of the quality of their service. They put our living room into their computer with exact door, window, furniture measurements and we could see our new furniture in our own living room. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful, knew the answers to all our questions, and were very patient with us. Loved this experience and would definitely do go back!

Best place to shop for furniture in town! Great selection and service and no high pressure sales! The only place I'd buy anything..... and tables, lamps and accessories galore! Friendly helpful staff. They don't work on commission, they're just there to help you make the right decision. It's not just your grandfather's recliner anymore!

My visit to your store was wonderful. The young woman (Katie ?) was kind,knowledgeable and wrote everything down for me, sizes, her schedule, brand names.
The ONLY reason I haven't followed up on this visit is because of serious back issues and my decision that I must buy the same brand chair I've been using for years (flex steel)

My sales associate Sterling was very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked that the sales reps are not on commission. I was greeted at the door when I walked in by a friendly young woman who welcomed me and informed me that non of the reps are on commission and if I needed any help, I could ask anyone. Additionally, the free design service offered by Emily Cuozzo was helpful. Emily came out to our house and offered suggestions as well as a recommended floor plan. She provided a drawing of the layout with and detailed how it would look in our room. She suggested other pieces we could consider such as accent tables and rugs.
