My son and I had a great experience here! Jordan the manger was a pleasure to work with. He took his time to answer ALL my questions even let my son play a few games on his game system to make sure this was going to be a perfect system for my son. We have now had the system for a few days and he LOVES IT!! Thank you Jordan for transitioning my son over to the Nintendo Switch. Happy momma here!!

Great place with incredible people. I buy and trade there often and have never had issues. The workers are friendly. I bought a wii u that kept giving me problems and Kealan the worker helped me out and was able to fix many of the problems i had. Would recomend to any person in need of game

I don't remember their names, but the two working today went above and beyond standard customer service. Plus they behave like actual people, not just staff trying to get you in and out. The time they took to interact was incredible. If I got service like this at a restaurant, I'd be tipping above average.

Was unable to get my Nintendo Switch after putting $50 down. Asked if I could pick it up a few days after it was released and he said yes. I was going to be out of town for work. I asked this because on the receipt it says you have 48 hours. Called the day it came out and guy said "yeah you can get it since you put money down on it". Saturday rolls around and I get a call saying I have to get it bully the end of the day Saturday or they will sell it. I explained to the manage all of the above and he said no. Do not waste your time here, no one knows what they are talking about. Taking my business to Best Buy and Amazon!!
