I have been to very few places that offer the level of customer service that this place offers.  I saw a desk on sale on the website with no expiration date of the sale and by the time I got there to buy it the sale was no longer there but the manager Don honored that price anyways. Top flight place that I highly recommend. I also had to return a Mic stand that was defective and they exchanged it with no questions asked. I was in and out the door very quickly with a new mic stand. I have not had to use the extended warranty on anything I have bought through them yet but I am confident if and when I do that that will be resolved just as professionally as everything else has.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Didn't bother as I utilized the playing room except to ask if I needed any help. One staff member in particular extremely warm genial and inviting. They also remembered me when I returned on a different day.

They atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The employees were very friendly. There was a large selection, the instruments are well kept, and the prices are great.

When I got home and looked in the mirror I did have a reflection,  so I'm not invisable (which seemed to be the case during my trip to the Wichita location). The kid at the counter was too busy flirting with a couple of girls, and the other employees  ignored me as well. Amazon did not ignore me and I saved a little over 10% from guitar center prices, so all was not lost.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Jensen Church was extremely helpful. Guitar Center Wichita has definitely stepped up their game.
