4 months ago. Had a battery replaced on a iPhone. The new battery swelled up. Swelled so bad the screen was bowing out. I could see the internals. Took it back to find out it only had a 30 day warranty. They wouldn't even work a deal on replacing again. Just wanted me to pay full price again. Not replacing my battery every 4 months cause they r selling cheap crap. I bought a kit online with better reviews then the one they installed. the battery and tools and installed it my self. For less than half the price they charge.

Kyle has saved my day and my sanity. He did a great job fixing and correcting all of my errors on the computer that were keeping me from being able to print. I think I can make it now, thanks to him. KYLE is GREAT!!

I live in Florida and had Ribbit build a new PC for my father who lives in Wichita. I dealt with JJ over the phone and he was very professional and helpful. My father was also happy with JJ's help in transferring his data and applications to his new PC. Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

Very disappointed with the quality of work and the service there after. I had my screen repaired on my iPad once I got it back I started noticing sensitivity issues... It constantly opened and closed apps and would select things when you tapped on it. I pushed on the corner of the screen to try and close an app that would respond because the issues with the sensitivity and it Cracked the screen. I took it in a few months later and told them about it, I offered to pay for the material if they would cover the labor... No Dice! Just a have a good day... Terrible customer service and terrible workmanship
