Great experience! They have everything I needed, just had to bring myself. The service were fantastic and relaxing and they were able to handle my special needs with having eczema. Loved it and can’t wait to go back. This time I experienced the milk bath, signature massage, signature facial and signature manicure. The sauna was the perfect way to end the day. Did I mention I cannot wait to go back?

Y'know what, the front desk was very welcoming and I was able to get settled in quickly after the walk through of the facility. It's a pretty large spa with many rooms and therapists. I booked two separate session for my wife and I, but they put us in a couples room which is always a plus. The facility is clean, but I'd love to see a commons area (co-ed) to have tea and snacks with my wife. I didn't get to check out the pool, but the steam room was enough for me this time. I'd also like to see the staff clean up the shower area and the quiet area more often. There were many used towels and cups everywhere

Have been getting massages for 40 years this was the best I have ever had. Megan was wonderful felt great after. Will be back

From start to finish, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Booking was a breeze and expertly handled by Kassandra and Brittany. Follow-up call was succinct and timely allowing for an additional add-on service. T-spa sent a detailed-emailed itinerary for me and my two guests AND a text appointment reminder (optional but highly recommended). Deep tissue massage from Joel was perfect. He even worked out a two year old knot in my lower back (where many a masseuse has tried and failed). Services for guests had them glowing and smelling amazing! Lastly, I failed to fully read one of the scheduled appointment times correctly and my guests would be made late to a birthday celebration. Jenny, front desk receptionist-extraordinaire, fixed all mistakes faster than believable. Angela and Hoang, impressive nail technicians, sacrificed their lunch hour to accommodate my guests schedule and my blunder! They really went above and beyond (fitting in both services immediately upon Jenny's request!) This is my third visit to T-spa, but the first time treating two guests. The team here has more than earned my repeat customer loyalty and this review. If you need to feel pampered AND cared for and cared about as a client, I highly recommend T Spa at the Tulalip Resort.
