Horrible experience! 1665 S Pleasant Drive, Winchester, VA. Late night drive thru, messed up my order, I realized while eating in the parking lot. I seen two employees at the door and walked towards them asking for help. One young man at the door who said he was the manager was extremely rude. He was more interested in his phone, I asked again for help, he stated again I need to drive back thru while laughing with his coworker who was smoking at the door. He instructed me to go back thru the drive thru so rudely I was put off and upset. I have never been addressed so rudely. I dropped my bag then trash as I walked back to my car. He told me to get off his property while I was getting to and in my car. As I snapped a picture of them, he said he took a picture of my tag. Which now concerns me as to his intentions towards my safety.

The taco bell pleasant valley in winchester va has the bad service the employees does not wanna wait on customers. U have 5 or 6 employees stand around talk and carry on and not waiting on customers the line is out the doorFood: 2/5

Went thru the drive thru with no one in front of me in line. Paid for my order of 9 tacos and two drinks. Was handed the drinks and asked to pull forward. Did it gladly and waited as I watched three car be handed the food they ordered and pull around me. At that point I parked my car and walked in to ask why I was still waiting. When the person who finally answered my call for assistance asked the guy who took my order pointed to a bag that had been placed up up a shelf and forgotten. Do better Taco Bell.

Just went through the drive thru went to pay and was told they could not take 100 dollar bill. This place is horrible in the first place. Everytime we have ordered here the people are rude and your order is never right. Do not go to this place as I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would. The gut said they had to talk to the manager or dm to accept 100 dollar bills. What A joke.

Went in a month after getting a totally different order and Dustin, who I had spoken with, replaced it quickly and without any hassle. I noticed his name as the GM. Good guyFood: 5/5

If you are in a hurry, DO NOT COME HERE. Otherwise ok. Minor mistakes that can take extra time is constant here. So hurry up and wait is the atmosphere here. The food is what you would expect to see when a fast food place is busy. Watch out for the raw pizza due to rushing the order.

Sometimes they're nice and sometimes they're not. The food is also very inconsistent. For example, the last time a got burrito's there they didn't have and lutice or tomatoes on them.

Couple of complaints.. I came close to closing and ordered 4 tacos. The fullest is pictured... 2 had less somehow and I was actually given an empty taco shell who gives an empty shelI. I guess they didn't want to bother with closing 15 mins away?.. This is the slowest place I've ever been. I've actually been asked to sit at the order screen instead of pulling around to let them catch up and sat for 15 minutes...then after blocking the drive through for them they apologize to my friend in car behind me for "last" customer blocking the line and blamed me... Slow rude and skip the food you order.

Very nice I had take out and let me tell you they have good customer services and not to mention the inside is very clean

They always do a good job with orders. Only bad thing is they always ask if I want any sauces but they always forget to put them in the bag…always
