I don't like leaving 1 star reviews, I'd rather point out the positive and call out good work by employees! But in my last 2 visits here, there are ongoing problems: 1. Dirty restaurant and drink station, there's lots of trash and food on the floor 2. Delayed when ordered in advance 40 minutes after pickup time in the first visit, 10 minutes after in the second 3. Missing items and inaccurate orders during visit 1 they didn't put my chips or queso in the bag and didn't have any lemonade available, and visit 2 they were out of lemonade again and 3 soft drink flavors 4. Poor quality and bad portions stale chips, flat soda, poor temperature for the food, tiny amounts of salsa and fajita vegetables on the food, very few chips in a small handful 5. Missing napkins, straws and drink lids they have straws that don't fit the cups, and didn't have drink cups or lids for the 32oz drink I ordered 6. Understaffed one person working the line during the dinner rush 7. Poor management manager makes herself scarce and only shows up when there is a big slowdown to bark at employees, she comes across as unfriendly and unhelpful I'd recommend steering clear, because it's a massive hassle to get a refund or help for your order in the app. This location needs new management.
This place is always out of something, on top of their customer service is always terrible!! And don’t plan to come 2 hour before they close if they run out they run out ! They have been out of rice , corn , sour cream lettuce. Let’s not mention the time I ordered through doordash and legit got half the bowl lol I did get a refund but come on !
I’ve eaten at Chipotle a thousand times. The size of the burritos at this location are small to say the least. When asking the employee, I was told this was the portion size. This is NOT a $13 burrito.
My mom asked me what I wanted from Chipotle, I told her a steak bowl with guacamole and guacamole and chips! So she ordered well they were out of guacamole, they didn't apologize or offer anything else. The steak bowl I had VERY little steak. I know things happen but that is what makes the dish is their delicious guac!! I apologize but we won't be going back here, we are very disappointed !!!!
Worst Chipotle in norther Virginia. Customer service is horrible, always long lines, out of product, and don't care about their customers. I had a coupon for a free entree that would not come off the transaction. The reward disappeared from my app like it was processed but never came off. I was unable to get my free entree because the manager wanted to argue with me like I'm trying to con Chipotle over a $9 burrito bowl. It's sad that you put a $9 entree before satisfying your customers.
Terrible management. Place was a complete disarray. There was water all over the place napkins on the floor. No utensils. Poor serving and very bad portions. They did not refill the protein steak and tried to make do with the scraps even after asking for double meat. Was billed incorrectly inspite of correcting them. Overall very bad experience. And this has happened multiple times. Never going back to this place.
There was a whole container of guacamole but they refused to give me any on my food because they said it was for online orders only. They originally refused to do several options such as cheese, peppers, and onions because the guy didn't want to walk over and get it from the online section but he eventually got those topics. Rude guy in back said "we aren't hiding guacamole from you we only have what's there for online and you can't have it". The restaurant did not close for another 1 1/2 hrs but was very poorly stocked. Food was all over the line and they slide our stuff through it causing the containers and burritos foils to me nasty. Afterwards the employees smirked in our faces and made rude comments to each other. I have been here before and had a great experience but after this childish crew refused to serve me correctly I will never come here again.
I love Chipotle but this location has a few things to work on. I'm a huge fan of the salad dressing and EVERYTIME I order from this location they NEVER have it. I asked one of the employees and they told me they only have it earlier in the day. Now I'm confused because what do all the people who actually get salads out on there salads??? I'm not one of those people but still...you should always have everything your restaurant offers until close of business or unless anitem is out of stock to make...NOT because of pure laziness. I hope the manager reads this.
Good, friendly service. Only issue is the chips this is the second time our chips were over-fried or contained small blackened pieces of fried tortilla chips in our bag. Otherwise, everything else was great as usual.
I did a grub hub pickup order as I had money with grub hub. John and Annika was able to help me get the extra food in my burrito bowls. They went above and beyond making sure that the online order people knew to add the extras. Thank you!
