HOURS INCORRECT—they’re usually not open past 8:30pm. And don’t use the drive-thru, you’ll be trapped for a minimum of 40 minutes. *This is a higher up/management issue, and not the fault of the underpaid employees. They’re always kind and seem to be doing their best.* Edited—the wait for this establishment is abhorrent. I arrived at the drive through at 8:50pm on a Monday evening. I didn’t arrive at the speaker until 9:25, 35 minutes after arriving. Another 5 minutes before arriving at the window, which was now 40 minutes after getting here. Patrons in the drive thru had begun exiting their vehicles and asking fellow customers how long their wait had been, playing music, chatting, etc. For a subpar American fast food chain, this is not an acceptable wait time. Delve into why employees aren’t being retained here. Do better. Additionally, the food is always cold and poorly made. Soft taco shells should be soft, not stand up on their own. Any time i get a burrito, the toppings are completely clumped so you get only one ingredient per bite—disgusting. Spread the toppings out! Waiting 40min for Rock hard potatoes for the spicy potato soft taco is a disappointment. This isn’t a one time thing, but a regular occurrence.
Been sitting in the drive thru lane for over 30 minutes. It’s not even rush hour. Next time you decide to use this Taco Bell as your convenience quick bite, order inside. Much faster this way. Also, if you’d like fresh food, I suggest you drive 3 more miles to the Taco Bell on 117th. Update: sat in line for 57 minutes. 3 people working on a Saturday, one was mopping floors so that makes just 1 person in the kitchen and one taking orders. Just WOW, horrible service.
Called at 10:20p to ask if they were open and the lady said they were open until 1am. With that being said, I put in an online order and pulled up at 10:30a only to see that there was a sign blocking the drive thru. We drove up to the window anyways and told the lady we put in an online order. The lady told us that they were closing and weren't taking any online orders. Wasted my money and will never go back to this location again as there's always problems.
Showed up during the lunch rush and waited 45 minutes in the drive thru to get the wrong order. I brought it back and the staff was super apologetic and hoped on correcting the problem. Great staff, working super hard. Only 3 people on shift during lunch, obviously the owners care more about profits then employees but if it stays this way I'll continue to avoid this location.
Always a last minute thought when we stop here. It's usually a quick stop for a quick hunger fix. This store is very slow but that could be do to it being under staffed. The food is meh, the service is hit or miss, the ambiance, well, it's Taco Bell Food: 3/5
Zero stars. The Owner should be fired. Store Manager is obviously inept in their hiring. We were the only customers and waited over 10 minutes in drive thru. No customer updates; or courtesies. Corporate should do a performance audit; and possibly suspend their franchise.
Waited 40 mins for a very small order. They forgot to give me the drink for the order. So I asked... and they just stood around. Finally I told them just give me the cup and I'll do it... then she give me a soda with no ice. So I had to go get my own ice bc the girl there was just lazy. Never going back. There is one guy I like there and I hope he finds a better job.
Not sure what is going on with this store but it is 9 o’clock on a Thursday night and the sign clearly says open and we can see people inside but the doors are locked….the drive-through is blocked with some kind of sign what is going on with the store? Hours posted on website clearly say they are open
Arrived 6:52 and the closet drive through in front of me never coming back again horrible customer service zoom in on second picture guy telling me good bye before they closed
Everytime I come here there's always something that goes wrong.im either missing food or drinks but this time takes the cake. I Came through the drive thru for a 12 pack of bean burritos and was refused at the drive thru and told to come inside. There was nobody behind us in line and only 1 person in front of us. We weren't asking for anything super extravagant so I don't understand why they refused to serve us at the drive thru.
