I found this gem of a burger joint around the Vancouver, WA area, while on a business trip. Great food! A very unique and delicious take on a burger. It is hard to describe the taste, so I will just let you try it for yourself. My Man Thaddeus will fix you up something delicious. Also, the restroom was well lit, well stocked with paper products, and clean.

The person who took our order was wonderful very personable and made it a joy to order through the drive-thru. The food however was more of a mixed bag. We ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single cheeseburger and my burger was slightly undercooked. Not terrible but just not real good.

Thaddeus and Elliot were very friendly and handled our food with good care. Very friendly staff and our good was hot and steamy when it got to us in speedy time. Got to meet their GM who was also very friendly and helpful.

The female trainee was extremely rude at the drive thru. We went about 9:35 this evening. The male employee gave us our food and apologized for the "new trainee's" behavior. I was a bit disappointed with the way we were treated when we ordered our food. The French fries were very hot and tasty but our burgers were very cold when we ate our food in burgerville parking lot. Hopefully the trainee gains some personable skills when working with the public.....

I'm fine with a longer wait time from places, but not when they clearly have made your food quite some time ago. I pulled out of the drive thru to find my sundae completely melted, cold fries, and had to fix my order when I got to the window because they had some how tagged on a milkshake I never ordered. Burgerville has always been on the pricier side of fastfood, but anymore the customer service is the worst around.

Food quality has gone downhill. Sorely disappointed that B-ville feels like their employees should beg for tips like street urchins. This is a premium fast food item. A high premium. Consumers pay enough. B-Ville needs to pay their employees a living wage and stop asking customers to supplement their income.Food: 1/5

I understand inflation is a thing, but the prices have skyrocketed at this location. The tip options are 20%-25% on a pin pad, while covering up the custom tip, or no tip buttons with stickers. Also, the fish and chips now come with a $3 up charge for “chips”. This is false advertising. I’ve never in my life, paid extra for fries in a “fish and chips” meal. I don’t mind tipping, but I feel like they’re forcing it on customers. They also forgot tartar sauce for my “fish with a side of expensive fries” meal. $33.50 for a burger, fries and “fish and chips”. Never again!

Food has gotten so over priced and asked for extra spred and still barely had any on it.  2 cheese burgers and a small fri for 15 dollars. WowFood: 1/5

Had the No. 6 Burger. Cooked it exactly the way I wanted it and the Hazelnut Shake was delicious!

This is a solid Burgerville.  The burger and fries were fresh and tasty .  The only downside is that Burgerville is a little pricey, but it is really good.
