Most disgusting food!!! First the diet coke was regular mixed with water. I asked after taking a sip if it was diet and she said yes. LIE!! Second the food tasted so old and freezer burned. It's like everything was sucked dry of any moisture. I bought two different breakfast sandwiches and the eggs on both were cooked weird the bacon was like chewing flavored paper and the American cheese slices picked off in pieces. Stay away from this pathetic place. WASTE WASTE WASTE OF MONEY!!! Added- 10/3/21- So they responded below with a generic response which indicates they don't care. I had already taken the survey at Jack in the box.com the day I left this review. People aren't interested in vapid apologies!
I'm a visitor from out of state and I normally love jack in the box have never had an issue with them until now... asked for a spicy nacho cheese sandwich and this was what I got, so much for the nacho cheese. Hate to post this but this sucked
If I could give a more negative review, I would. I was there the evening of 10/28/22. I ordered the breakfast platter with bacon and Supreme bacon croissant. When I got home and opened up the platter I was shocked at what I saw. SEE PIC. the eggs were over done and like rubber. The hash brown wasn't even edible it was so hard and rubbery. There was 1 piece of bacon curled under the hash brown. And the croissant was just as bad. It wasn't even wrapped in the paper. The wrapper had 1 fold over it!!! The food and I use that term loosely was Disgusting!!!!
Worst "fast" food drive thru I have EVER experienced. I had a mobile order and when I arrived at the restaurant there were already two other vehicles in the drive through waiting to order. We proceeded to join the line and ended up waiting for over 15 minutes. Assuming this hold up was caused by the customer at the ordering screen we honked the horn once. The customer yelled back at us saying that the workers had told him to "hold on". FOR 15 MINUTES. No exaggeration. When we finally got to the window to get the food it was cold and disgusting. And to top off the whole experience we had to buy drinks that we were originally going to purchase at McDonald's for the price the drinks ALONE we're almost 8 dollars. For 2 of them. I will never order from the chain again after having to wait a RIDICULOUS amount of time for absolutely revolting cold food. That was also made incorrect by the way.
Experience is typical of many other fast food environments. However, I know workers can be busy, so it's alright. Not many or if any gluten-free options to choose from on the menu. The tiny tacos are very delicious, along with the impossible buger choices Food: 4/5
I mean, I guess I should have known but occasionally you just want a quick, decent burger. Seems they've forgotten what that's like at Jack's. One of the worst burgers I've had in a long time. Dining room is closed; they should do everyone a favor and close the whole place down. Just awful.Food: 1/5
Went through the drive thru 1-09-2023. Ordered 2 Jr Jack's & small fry. Total was $10.81. I paid with my debit card. Looked at my account & they charged $11.00 even. The buns on the burgers were old and hard and the fries were cold and hard. This was supposed to be a treat for a 93 year old man that doesn't get to enjoy restaurants. I don't reccomend them and will not be returning.
The fries were decent but the chicken strips were overcooked worse than the variety you’d find in the Safeway deli. Yikes. It was really, really gross. But I’m a glutton and I had ranch dressing. So, I drenched these nasty things in ranch dip and finished them off in the parking lot. I think I’m the shameful one here.
Food is often barely warm, definitely not fresh, and when you try to call about an issue with your order- no one answers the phone.
Very, very bad experience in the last 2 times we order food in this location with the same "manager" named jared he not has a name tag, don't said his name. I get the name from the receipt. 3 weeks ago we try to use a coupon from my cell I get this coupon in a text from jack in the box every week, I posted the pics in this review when I was at the drive thru window and show the coupon in my cellphone he said me "I can't accept your coupon " I show to him how I get the texts in my cellphone and he just said the same answer. For this reason I said to him cancel the order and leave. The second time was tonight 03/09/2019, my friend and I try to place two separate orders and he refused to take 2 orders in the drive thru. We place just one order for my friend y nothing for me. This guy is very rude and not professional. We're thinking no back to Jack in the Box while he no change his mind.
