This has to be the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I wish I could give you zero stars but my $30+ dollars had to pay for something. Entered the drive-thru to order food for my family. They took about 7-8 minutes taking the persons order in front of me, they moved on up to the window. My turn, no greeting, no nothing, what can I get for you? Ordered 2 steak chalupas, 2 cheesy Gordita crunch, 2 crunch tacos and a steak quesadilla. What sauce would you like? Hot & Fire please! Total is $30.XX, please drive up to the window. Not greeted at the window, made to wait 5 minutes or so before anyone came over, just took the card out of my hand, didn't even tell me my balance. No enthusiasm, tells me that this employer is shyte and their staff don't enjoy working for them or they'd have more pride in every facet of the work they do. Fine, I don't expect much so I was just like, cool. Comes back, hands me 2 bags. One bag, just the quesadilla, the other bag the other 6 items. Lets look at how they made the food first. As you can see from the provided photos they did not make the food correctly at all with the 2 taco's having 30% of the ingredients they're meant to. One of the cheesy gordita crunch, its ingredients were unrecognizable because there's not enough of anything and it almost feels like intentionally poorly made. The other one was open in the bag with a wrapped item sitting inside of it covered in food. The quesadilla wasn't cut, the steak inside of it was rock hard and you can tell it was expired past its disposal time. Nothing was wrapped well except the quesadilla which is hard to mess up as its a sleeve style bag. However the misery continues. No sauce, no napkins and worse, the way the items were bagged, one wrapped item was sitting inside one of the other unwrapped items, you can see the mess from the photos. This is the worst food experience I've had in a really long time and the only reason I didn't go to one of the more local non brand name places is because I didn't have time and I thought this would be convenient. Your franchisee is Pacific Bells, I will never go to another one of your restaurants again, including your buffalo wild wings restaurants because your leadership has to be the poorest to be shoveling out sub-par food during a non-peak time with almost zero customers waiting. Also they didn't give me my receipt, what I now realize is done on purpose so people cannot go online and give them feedback as these stores are graded on customer satisfaction scores. The cherry on top was not something that happened to me. The cherry on top was while waiting in the drive thru, one of your people didn't latch the gate for the garbage area at some juncture and as my daughter and I were waiting, I said to her, its windy, I bet you that gate swings and crashes into the front of that really nice modified F150, a moment later, boom! Your franchise has really gone down hill and I would recommend to EVERYONE, try out Taqueria El Rinconcito or one of those other independently owned non brand name places, on par with prices, ten times the quality and service.
The last two times I have eaten here, people are doing something to the food. Hard taco smashed, not a Supreme when ordered a Supreme. And every item is covered in a wet liquid, that smells like soapy water. The teenagers working here should be terminated for food tampering.
Extremely rude and didn’t receive anything I asked for correctly. Asked no tomatoes… got loaded with tomatoes… asked for no ice in the drink got so much ice I had a sip of soda and the rest was ice. I asked for mild sauce and didn’t even receive any sauce utterly terrible service. I feel like they went out of the way to put more tomatoes on my girls food because I’ve never seen so many tomatoes on a chulupa. The receipt has everything correct but the cashier was also extremely rude and gave me my drink with the lid half on. 0/5 stars sad even for a Taco Bell.
I just went through the drive thru and ordered 30 dollars worth of food. I ordered the nacho fries, they were cold. I went back through the drive thru within 2 minutes and told them it was cold I was then told that they were just made and refused to get new ones. They would not even feel the fries. They were cold to the touch. I then asked for a manager and was told they were on break then asked for a phone number for one. Again was told they didn’t have a number for the manager. I asked her to ask someone who did and she came back within a minute with new fries and immediately handed them and closed the window. I would still like to speak to a manager. It felt like they were being lazy and refusing to give me managers information. Poor service. The rest of my food was good.
My kids love Taco Bell but it took almost 25 minutes to get our order and by then we had to take it to go so we wouldn’t be late for our appointment. One worker dropped an item on the floor and the Door Dash woman in line in front of me had to tell him to remake it as he literally picked it up and put it in the bag as if he hadn’t dropped it Eew
This is the best Taco Bell!! They are fast and super friendly. Thank you to the crew in the drive thru today for the awesome experience with my sprite! You guys rock, keep it up.
I have never had an order messed up worse than I did here. The only thing they got right was the number of items in the bag. It was like they were just freestyling or something. By the time I opened the bag to check things out, I had driven forward and it was too late, for I had already spent a half hour in the drive through line and wasn't about to go back around. I tossed half of the things that were in my bag because I didn't like them.
I am not sure what is up with this place, but I went here twice and twice got sever food poisoning. Both times I only got taco meal, so I am not sure if it was bad meat or bad sour cream. Needless to say, I will not be going here again. Never had a problem with other Taco Bells. However, after this experience it will be a while before I try another Taco Bell.
I went tonight and the person working the window was super nice! The food was made better than normal and it was a great experience! Thank you guys for your hard work, I really appreciate your time and effort! Vegetarian options: Handled with care and made me feel comfortable eating it
Refusing service just because you don’t like someone is really classy Jacob. Kristen, you’re extremely rude and short with me every single time I come through, I’m a PAYING customer. Just because you have your own opinions on me should not cause you to bring hostility to a paying customer. I’m there every day getting a baja freeze and Jacob and Kristen continually give me attitude and act as if I never pay. I have the recipts and credit card statements to prove I’ve paid over $600 in the past 4 months. You really need to work on your customer service because the hostility you both give to my boyfriend and I anytime we come through is absolutely ridiculous.
