Swensons is one of the best burger joints in the country. Having been to burger places from coast to coast, swensons is one of my favorites. The meat is actually a little sweeter than standard patties and the portions are a little small for those of us used to say a Five Guys burger but more flavor for sure. Some nice fried sides like the onion rings and mushrooms are tasty. Really good old school phosphates and milk shakes too. If you're in Ohio for some unfortunate reason, definitely stop by Swensons; it'll make your trip worth while.

I wanted to taste a bit of Ohio on my first visit and I found Swensons. Some of best onion rings I have ever had but the sweetness of the burger was a little strange. I will go back if I am ever back in Akron but I'll get something other than a burger to go with my onion rings.

Not all sides of the building have a menu posted like other locations. This made it difficult to order anything other than a galley boy and a shake. Great food and great service, but not as convenient as desired.

Good service, good value, but hard to find at night. Better signage could draw more people into this local gem. It's a burger joint, but their menu could be updated to offer more options for non - meat eaters. Also, the paper menu is packed so tight, it's hard to sort thru the options. I would definately come back.

Swenson's is always a treat. If you've never had it i highly recommend it. A great drive up restaurant. Good menu options and fantastic food!
