This Taco Bell is a hit or miss. Most of the time, it is a miss. It has gone downhill quite a bit in the last few years. They seem to have a fast turnover rate, so they are constantly training new crew making them slow and problematic.

I know they were training a new employee but I dont even know how they got hired. They kept interupting us during our order and any chance she got she asked if that was it. We were obviously not finished. I eat tacobell regularly and highly recommend the one by south lake mall outside it. Although when the food came at this particular taco bell the chalupa was great, but the rest was dripping and had way too much of guac (california crunchwrap) or too much of the chipoltle sauce (quesorito). I just cant get over the face the counter girl had. She could honestly care less to be there and acted rude enough to get me fired at my job if I did the same. The place was pretty clean and the rest of the staff was pleasant though.

Horrible taco bell very poor quality even worst customer service it's always a wait of at least 20 to 30 min to get food

At 10:51 pm, the dining in option wasn't available on a Friday night even though it says 11pm.
