The staff is friendly. Maybe some people dissatisfied, but because they do not get the benefit they want. For example, they lose their passport and request to reissue one in a short period(or immediately). who do you think You Are? But don't forget. Passports belong to the government, just to provide people's travel documents. the holders have a responsibility to keep it properly and safely. In foreign, if required to reissue passport, must be confirmed through the inspection by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan. So will take time! However, those people who selfish only think of their own convenience and time.

This place is horrible!!
The staffs are rude and seems furious about their life. When I asked questions nicely to them, they completely ignored me and treated you like an idiot. The only nice staff is the doormen who is black. As Taiwanese I feel shameful that they act like this. Don’t want to go there ever again.

You may be thinking: "This place can't be that bad. They can certainly help me in *some* way." No. Just no. The people who operate TECO are the definition of utter and sheer incompetence. They are absolutely unfriendly, and they obviously have no knowledge whatsoever about what they're even doing. To all you people who rely on TECO I tell you: I pity you from the bottom of my heart. You don't deserve such horrible and abysmal treatment.
