Best ever service !! Very friendly, courteous and rapid ! Mr. Hassan and Ms. Noha are the best. Please stop your fake criticism and prepare yourself before coming and asking for legal documents. This is a new era for Moroccan’s administration. Don’t get stuck of your childhood old school experiences and spread your old anger on these good people at NYC Consulate. If i could give them something less than 0, i would. whoever runs this public establishment needs to be fired (fired twice), retired (with no compensation) or maybe re-trained if we can be nice to him. Its not even a complex office to run.
1. They never answer your call
2. Voicemail is always full and they will not call you back AT ALL.
3. Website was built by an amateur. They need to pay attention to how old, not up to date the information and how ugly the website looks. Its 2016, not 1990.
4. Some of the employees (with honestly few exceptions) just not willing to work/help. They are not affraid of sending you 400miles back to where you came from just because they dont answer the phone.
5. The Consulate inside looks like you are entering المقاطعة او الجماعة. A ridiculous setup and environment. Where does the budget for the maintenance go?? They find the cheapest labor to accomplish work or what?

Seriously, we can help them be better, they just need to listen to the citizens.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews but i recently went there and everyone was so sweet and there was a very fun vibe going on among all workers I enjoyed my experience.special thanks for the guy in passports and ID window his name HICHAM

I been to this place last week to notify them of a mail that i didn't receive. When I went there, one of the employees in reception, told me that my mail was sent out. I used post office express mail to expedate the process. Due to my bad luck, I ended up nowhere, no mail.I don't know if the consulate employee handed me the wrong trucking number or if my mail wasn't sent out at all. My name is MOURAD EL ISSAOUI, and I am pointing out no finger to no body. Now, I just want this people to take my call, so i can save time traveling to new york. I know that you don't an email service, but you have phone lines. Please, take my phone call.

Smooth  transitions
I'm in waiting  room  ,so far I saw more then 5 guests  satisfied from the service 
I'm not fun of calling  any government Institute over the phone cuz  I know they never answered. Always  I go to the site to finish what I want ,Good luck
