Target has lost a very loyal customer. I went shopping to this store on when the doors opened Black Friday to get a new phone. I got in line and got signed up for them to get my phone then they would call me back when it was my turn. Waiting 3 hours in store for my turn but I got a call saying they ran out of time and I will need to come back the next day to get my phone. Then talking to the employee about this issue and he showed no concern that I stood there waiting for three hours. He said they can’t keep the store open just for me to get my phone. Mind you there were 5 people a head of me and had to be at least 20 people behind me. If this store really cared about their customers they would’ve kept the store open to accommodate the people who were waiting and promised a phone. Or given some kind of compensation for all the time wasted. That was the stores mistake to not have a cut off for the day before People stood around and waited!

Cartwheel has a lot of discounted items that this Target doesn't carry. Need to have a curbside pickup as well, which would be so much more convenient for on the go parents. Customer service used to be really good at this store, but lately they are lacking. I do like that it is clean and organized.

Self check line, the guy is extra protective when watching you check out. I mean it felt like just me he was keeping a eye on. Anybody else could've got away with something and he wouldn't known.. stereotype buster
