I love The Bridal Loft! They have a great selection of elegant wedding dresses here. Brandi and Brenda are both so friendly, sweet and patient. I did most of my wedding dress shopping on my own and Brandi was so helpful picking out dresses and giving me honest and positive feedback. She definitely had my best interest at heart and I couldn't have been happier with my selection as well as with the alterations done in-house.

I had an appointment to try on dresses. This was my first time trying on dresses since getting engaged and I was nervous due to it being my second wedding. A lot of styles I like don't seem right this go around. I tried three dresses on with "help" from an employee. When I stepped out of the room, she would come around the corner and zip or lace me in. Once my maid of honor started to do it because she didn't show. At this point another bride came in. She was getting a final fitting. My attendant left me standing in a dress and went to help this other bride even though she was already being helped by the seamstress and owner. My mom pulled three more dresses for me to try because I was abandoned by the employees. I spent the last thirty minutes of my appointment feeling invisible and frustrated that what I was looking for wasn't being pulled. I felt awkward and like I was in their way. I will never go back.

I just don't understand why there's a need to be so rude. Being a bride is so stressful. I had two thousand hard earned bucks to spend towards my dress and because I walked to the "clearance rack" all the employees just assumed I wasn't going to purchase anything. After telling the owner what I was looking for she gave me flippant adice and walked away. Not only were we there for wedding dresses. My sister needed a senior prom dress and she fell in love with one. I fell in love with a wedding dress as well... full price. We were about to just help ourselves (because that's how they treated us)-  The owner made a few hushed comments about my family and I, which after hearing I was so un-happy and un-comfortable I just wanted to leave. There were no other appointments in there and it was a monday... come on. Be Kind and courteous. Definitely won't spend ANY money here.

I've always been greeted and accomadated. Brenda and her staff are very nice and helpful. After hours spending time trying dresses on at one shop, I decided to stop in without an appointment and try on some dresses. Brenda was so helpful. I fell in love with an allure dress and immediately knew it was the one! If you're looking for beautiful unique dresses and not duplicated dresses that other shops have, this is a great bridal store! Thank you Brenda for all of your help!

The best service in town, very friendly people and they make everyone feel special, even the mother of the bride. My daughters wedding dress is beautiful and I am so glad we chose Bridal loft.
